I’ve ordered from here a handful of times and every single time I’ve had an item missing or like today the food was stone cold and the bread was stale. Last time I’ll be getting food from here. Avoid at all costs !

The food was very delicious/tasty but the service was vile. Most times I see food thrown on the floor and no staff picks it up. I will always see empathy from local customers picking it up which is generous for them. I got my food thrown at me for no reason which is assault. Also got my new shoes ruined by a medium sized coke. It was kind of disgusting to see a female server throw an Italian BMT , a cookie , crisps and a coke. I paid nearly £10 for this meal which is quite a bargain but didn't even come with a bag when I paid for it. If that isn't worse, the meal didn't even come with the actual Chocolate cookie . Hopefully this place will get better and their service will become at 5 stars. Very disappointing service. The subway doesn't even have a parking lot or neither a place where 1 car can park. Vegetarian options: Not many halal options as they don't have a certificate, which is quite embarrassing.

I went here at 9:40 in the morning. The worker was very slow. He served a customer in front of me, I was waiting for 10 mins and then instead of serving me after he started working on an Uber order which had only just come through. He said that the driver was coming, which was why he started that order even though I had already been stood there for so long. He was rude and unclean.
