    My landlord passed a job to them and no one showed up. I'm a vulnerable person so needed my drain for shower done quickly. I only have a shower In my property and it's my only way of washing myself and also hair. Apparently they always leave til the morning. If you want a repair done quick. Don't go with them as you will be waiting for ages.

    Engineers came out in at the end of June did a clean out of the pipe that's under the ground and said it was cracked 6meters to 9 meters along so they said it will need digging up and replacing. So it's now the 3rd August and just found out the job has been closed and put as cleared and unblocked. All I can nice nice company the council has employed. Now I had to wait over an hour to find out this information today by the council. So now I'm back on the phone waiting to for them to pick up.
