Odd customer service, arrived was stirred at a little bit then engaged, wanted a quote and to engage in options for the replacement of a double din stereo before I can inhale for breath the quote was at £1200 “as it’s not worth putting a new stereo in without new speakers, I got the sense there is a minimum job value which is fine they should say that rather than push you towards stuff you don’t want . I would have paid £450 for the stereo replacement but £1200 for a car I’m not going to keep with a bit bonkers. Not the best customer experience. Need to say I won’t be back

I would highly recommend Adrian and Chris at SubZero, they are both extremely knowledgeable about what they do. Before they even knew I needed to purchase something from them they happily spent half an hour to me explaing how to fit the radio myself and what I would need for my car. When I did buy my car specific cable from them it was competitive with internet pricng. Its hard to find a place where you will get this level of customer service anymore and I will definitely go to them first should I have any other in car entertainment related queries in future.
