The turnaround from enquiry, to contact, to survey, to quote, to install was extremely fast and professional. The unit looks great and the level of workmanship was very high. First class service! I can't recommend Sub Cool enough, I have a commercial kitchen and the heat was becoming unbearable through the summer. the guys came and gave me a rough quote for the A/C unit and a few weeks later came and installed it. I couldn't believe how un-intrusive the installation was, no fuss, no mess and barely any noise considering they have to drill through the wall. Warren was excellent in showing me how it all worked and hooking it up to the wifi so I can control it from home. Had the invoice through shortly afterwards and it was exactly what the initial quote had been, no hidden charges! Overall an excellent experience with Sub Cool and they will be fitting any future A/C units I need. Service: Install AC
