    This was such a joyful experience! This was my first time getting braids and I can’t stress enough how wonderful all the staff at Styles by Fola are! I have very coils hair and have, in the past, had bad experiences at salons where they are mean about how tangled my hair is and made me feel bad. This was the opposite at Styles by Fola! They were so friendly, professional and I want to give a special shout out to Cat for sticking with it and combing out my hair for so long! And let’s not forget the end result!     I visited Folas after a glowing review from my partner visiting for a hair cut. I messaged in the morning for an appointment the same day and amazingly Fola managed to get in a slot that afternoon, which was perfect. Folas has a clear sense of self made businesses women pride. I had a wonderful cut from the fabulous Fola. Fola herself was extremely attentive, not only to me but to everyone in her salon. There is a clear atmosphere of love and attention to her customers and business. From the start i knew i was in safe hands as Fola said "we will cut your hair together". So many hairdressers ask what you want and then thats it, she repeatedly asked, directions, lengths, finishes, a bit off here or there? There was great direction and made the experience more of a partnership when getting your hair done. I've been trying to get my hair right for a long time and Fola gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. She's a hoot too, with a chatty personality and a great sense of humour!
