She very professionally but lovingly took the time to remove my previous extensions and showed compassion at how upset I was. She was very gentle and took her time. We chatted away during my appointment and I left feeling like I had just been chatting with a friend the whole time. I then went on to have a full set of eyelash extensions with Katrina and I couldn't be happier. They are the exact length and thickness I would like and make me feel so much more beautiful. I would highly recommend Katrina.
