Went on Saturday afternoon to buy K18 & the chap with dark hair , at the counter was AMAZING at explaining the products to us, without being pushy in anyway. Will get his name & pop on this review. I’ll go back once my existing products have run out & get more advice.

I have my hair cut/trimmed approx 4 times a year, not ONCE have I walked out disappointed, each time the scissors have never touched my hair until a full discussion and Kelly keeps discussing (and catching up) 😂 whilst cutting to make sure I’m happy were my hairstyle is going. All the staff are absolutely professional, friendly, and helpful and the salon is beautiful and clean. I would never go anywhere else. PS: My hair is Relaxed Afro, so all you black girls out there give it a go 😁 Services: Hairstyling, Bang trim, Eyebrow threading

My daughter wanted her hair bleached blonde. At first we were impressed by their attention to detail and testing her hair and skin prior. However after a good start, it then all went terribly wrong and was as though they threw everything they could to correct it. Was left with more ginger than blonde. Though they offered free corrections etc in week or so, she had lost confidence in them and consequently had to spend a lot more getting it corrected elsewhere.
