If we could give them no stars we would!! We booked them for our staff Christmas party following an online search, when we checked their online reviews later that day though we were horrified to see they had terrible google and Facebook reviews stating many times that they just don't show up (they have since closed down their Facebook page for this reason probably) We rang back and said we were worried about all the reviews so the lady who answered the phone said we could cancel the booking and get a refund if we wanted. We said we would think about it. When we did contact to say that we did want to cancel the booking, they then decided that we couldn't cancel and our deposit was now nonrefundable. Despite many attempts to resolve the issue between ourselves they have refused to consider our cancellation, despite us telling them legally the business has no entitlement to keep any amount that can be saved by finding another customer or cancelling suppliers they’ve employed. This will likely constitute an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act. Their response is just to continually ignore us and hold on to the money. Not a business we would ever deal with again and would warn future people booking to be wary.

Used style limousines for the first time for my twins prom night on 4th July 2019 The driver turned up on time he was polite, professional and smartly dressed the limo was clean and tidy inside and out, once he dropped the children off he didn't just drive off he actually waited for a while then asked if it was ok to leave if nothing else was required which I thought was very polite, there are one of the cheapest limo services around and I would definitely recommend them
