    My mother visited this salon where she had her hair cut and blow dried , hair cut was lovely by Claire but customer service from other staff very poor. When speaking on the phone my prior to appointment my mother was told her hair cut would be £30 for very short hair and when treatment was finished they then put another £8 on top of the bill bringing the total to £38. When questioned about the the cost rise my as my mother was told over the phone that the cost would be £30 they then tried to say my mother had miss heard them and that it was her mistake and denied giving that amount . Will not use this salon again, over priced and very poor customer service. Service: Hairstyling
