Awful company to do business with Sales maybe ok… but don’t expect your servicing to be anything but painful. 2 year old car exhaust sensor replaced 8 months ago… failed again… try to call they have phone issues to everywhere except sales… what a surprise… two emails sent by the receptionist for a call back and nothing… manager never in either (surprise) had to book my car in for an inspection with a guy who has worked on my Alfas for years… happy to break the warranty not to have to deal with these people again… letter in its way to Alfa head office to complain… also please note when I got the car back last time it was full of stone chips which I gave up on after 2 months of chasing

Once there I was seen immediately and the correct key code was established. A few days later the key arrived in the post. No hassle, very helpful, making everything simple and straightforward.
