Bought new toilet and sink a couple of years ago. One month out of warranty and bits fell off toilet seat lid, the slow close toilet lid broke and the sink plug spring went. No responsibility taken by company, passed the book to manufacturer who then passed the book back to Almarad. Terrible service. Cheap fittings. Won’t buy from them again.

Cheapest tile place locally, offering quality tiles you can find in high priced shops online (I'm looking at you, Victorian Plumbing) for half the price. Guys working here are knowledgeable and happy to explain things without talking down to you. Some tiles are not held in stock but ordered for your collection, so do allow 3 - 5 days before the work to get your order in. Plenty of grout, adhesive and tools to buy same day though.
