I just called them to complain about one of the project that they are currently inspecting, to inform them of the damaged the developer have caused to my property. However the lady who answered my call in she refused to take my complain or give me the name of the company that in charge of doing work next to my property, so I can complain at less to them to stop causing damage to my house. She’s very rude and unprofessional. I will never trust this company again because of experience that I have with them now.
