    Studio Spares ? AVOID AT ANY COST !!!! Refund Request not approved as it elapsed by couple of days. Took them nearly 2 weeks respond and deny refund request. Veeeery steef, slow and incompetent customer services. ### AVOID############ Xvive U4 Wireless In-Ear Monitor System, is a inferior piece of equipment that has various issues with sound quality and signal. It's impossible to try out I. 2 weeks and have a full feedback, so just don't buy it. proper in ear monitors cost 300 and above for a reason. AGAIN AVOID STUDIO SPARES AT ANY COST !!!!

    Ordered some bits and bobs including speakon cables. When I arrived there was a stock mis-match. Instead of just offering a refund or asking me to buy a more expensive item, the warehouse team went above and beyond! They built me the cables there and then using a premium cable and neutrik speakon connectors. Now THAT is what you call customer service! I've been using this company for over 15 years! Keep up the brilliant work you legends!

    Avoid ordering from this company. I cancelled an order (that wasn’t confirmed) and they haven’t refunded me weeks later. Emails are also not being answered. Terrible service. just use gear4music, Thomman or kmr audio instead. They are much more reliable.

    Avoid at all costs. An urgent order arrived DAYS late, was clearly not a new item (packaging opened & resealed multiple times), missing parts inside, shockingly low build quality and literally falling apart. Took days to get a return booked, never happened, rebooked, eventually collected, 4 days after receiving it back still no refund and endless excuses as to why they need to delay it further.
