    Finally took the plunge and bought a Sequential OB-6 from Studiocare, who I must confess I'd never heard of. I was drawn to them as the price was very good, much lower than their competitors. I did have that nagging feeling in the back of my mind that it sounded too good to be true, but I'm happy to report no such issue. Absolutely delighted with my purchase and with the service provided by Studiocare.

    Purchased a mic on finance. Paid the initial fee and signed contracts. Two days later they said I had to pay over £200 on top of the already agreed purchase price. They then proceeded to cancel the order without consulting me. Weeks later I'm still waiting on a refund of my initial payement. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life - really poor show, quite frankly. At first I actually thought it was a scam. Just wanted to add that I later trawled through my emails to find out any previous purchase history witht he company. Turned out that I'd purchased a Zaor Miza 88 desk and a Neve RNDI from them in the past without issue, so I'm bumping the score up to 2 stars.
