To date the worst photography company I have ever worked with. We had a range of products shot by Studio488. My CEO was unhappy with results, and kicked up a bit of a fuss, as she wasn’t happy with white products having been photographed on a white background. As we are not photography experts, a bit of guidance wouldn’t have gone amiss to point out that the product would not really stand out on a white background. We asked for some of them to be re-shot - this is when the abuse and rudeness started. I rang numerous times to try and find a solution, and I even suggested that we pay 50% to get the image re-shot - but their only response was they would void the invoice and we should destroy all images, and we would be charged a non-copywrite fee if we used any of them - so much for solutions and working relationships! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
