What is there else to say apart from it was absolute pleasure having Mahdi on board and he certainly helped deliver our dream home. We first reached out to Mahdi after acquiring a probate town house, which had been empty for a number of year and needed to some real TLC. We knew of the potential but hadn't quite the total vision. There were also some challenges with this property in the layout. Unlike normal townhouses that comprise of 3 floors, our property had a lower front half and higher back half, which meant it was split into 6 levels as you walked up. It was also very dark and like most old properties, had small and pokey rooms. We wanted to try and make this into a open plan oasis, but no idea how. Along came Mahdi. He helped to open this house up from a dark and boxy home into a bright and airy property. Through the process he was on hand and helped to build our vision. He also took out creative approaches further, and lent on the quirkiness of it being 6 floors, giving us the guidance and tools to make each floor an experience. His approach meant that when you walked through the upper floors it didn't feel like a constant flight of stairs. Each floor is now quirky, from a ground floor movie room, to an open plan kitchen-diner, mid-house landing and seating with critall doors reception up to the bedrooms with a beautiful landing ceiling void. The best thing with Mahdi as well is his no nonsense approach. He will be honest if something won't work, but will find the next best approach or something even better. He also kept builders in line when they tried to take shortcuts and helped with some of the staging. He was there in some of our darkest hours like when we found out the property could be potentially built on piling and helped advise through and work with structural engineers and builders. The end result is staggering and the compliments we've received about how beautiful our home is just a wonderful feeling. I cant recommend Studio Jayga's enough, so if you have a project and need a whole rebuild or some creative solutions, Mahdi is your guy!

Studio Jayga, especially Architect Mahdi is exceptional. His vision and creativity can make even the most derelict, overgrown and unused space not only functional but beautiful. Two years ago we embarked on two separate garden room projects. Both exceeded expectation. From start to finish he project managed both projects. He obtained planning and was able to source materials. In all this assisted to keep costs within budget and on time. Cannot recommend, Mahdi and Studio Jayga enough!
