Review two: I cannot stress enough how incompetent this company is. I would not trust the other reviews as I was offered a £200 refund and badgered to remove my first review. It has since been 40 week wait for my planning response which was rejected on the bases of poor and inaccurate drawings.I have had to pay for another architect to redraw my plans and resubmit. Studio Charette will take no responsibility for their shortcomings and have responded with the architect working on my case no longer working for them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!! Review one : Avoid this company at all costs. I hate long reviews so I shall bullet point the reasons for my 1 star review. 1. They will try to charge you more at every stage until you ask questions and all of sudden it was “their mistake” 2. The drawings could be done by anyone on a standard software. The “architect” was actually looking at the wrong property on Google maps while drawing my plans, a site visits is an “extra fee” 3. I received no advice on how to Taylor my ideas in line with council regulations, nor did I receive any suggestions on how to improve my ideas. 4. The council have started to contact me personally as they too are appalled with the service and lack of knowledge the agency has. 5. My plans to remodel has taken over 5 months to get a response due to the short comings of this firm and plans being submitted incorrectly. 6. My emails are often ignored and when I do get a response they are a copy and paste of someone else’s response. If you are looking for an agency to advise and make the planning process a smooth and hassle free experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They are a bunch of part time employees who have no ideas whatsoever, first they convince you by saying you will have manger, designer, all lie nothing they have. Claim claim to be 'architects'. Architect is a protected title in the UK and only those appearing on the architects register can describe themselves as such. If you search for the only registered architect shown on their website (Carlo Criscuolo) the address is totally different to the address of the company. The architect's address comes up as an Uxbridge postcode - UB6 9QN. Also: "Architects" is PLURAL. There is only ONE architect registered with the ARB at a different address from the Mayfair office (which other reviewers have suggested does not exist). With regards to the owners reply: At no point did I claim to be a client - I am simply pointing on the two suspect points from Studio Charette's website.

Fantastic experience with Studio Charrette. Right from day one to the end the team were amazing. Cora took on my planning project & got it passed first time. I would highly recommend using them for any projects as they made my life so much easier & put my mind at rest. I had no idea where to start after a neighbour complained about my fencing and the whole team were lovely. They explained everything in detail & advised on what i'd need them to do. They stated clear pricing from the beginning & were just fantastic. I asked them to do the whole application for me & the plans which took all the stress away. Would definitely use them again for any future projects!

Please note that the Office in Mayfair does not exist and you cannot ever meet anyone in person... ever.... anywhere This business is a fraud. I have been waiting for simple planning permission for almost three years now. I will upload my 2.5 years worth of emails shortly.
