Faiza understood exactly what I wanted, and created it even better than I could have wished for! I think Faiza’s customer service skills deserve the most special mention. In all my years of ordering cakes from various different bakers (and I have ORDERED A LOT lol), I have never come across a more friendly, more amenable, more understanding, more considerate, and more politer cake maker. I have never seen a celebration cake devoured so quickly! Thank you so much for the delicious chocolate cake with coffee filling. It looked amazing and tasted even better. Friends said it was the best celebration cake they’d tasted! The gold balloon decorations looked fab in the restaurant. Excellent personal service too. Will definitely come to you again.
