Not particularly impressed. Rang at 11:30am to see if they could fit me in to get my Helix pierced, was told after 4:30pm they would be able to do it. I arrived and was told they were running over, patiently waited 20 minutes before being told that it would be another hour wait. If I had been told in the morning it couldn't happen, I could have rang to see if anyone else was able to fit me in. A whole 45 minutes of my life have been wasted with the wait and travel. No idea if they are good piercers, the reviews suggest they are but the customer service received today was no good at all.

Went for a nose piercing. The man who assisted me was very professional and hygienic! Made me comfortable and the process was swift and felt very safe and reassured. The man also explained the after care which was very helpful Would definitely recommend for piercings!

Had my first ever tattoo a few weeks ago and Rachel made sure the process was as comfortable as possible from start to finish. She put together a beautiful design which I love and was great at advising the placement. When it came to actually getting the tattoo done, I was very scared but Rachel made me feel at ease and I was able to distract myself by chatting away with her. She also gave great aftercare advice which has helped me to make sure that my tattoo has healed nicely. I initially went to Rachel as she came highly recommended by others but now I can also say myself that she is incredibly talented, patient, calming and so knowledgeable about her job. so happy with my new hand tattoos. (i’m not sure of his name sorry) but the guy is really friendly and chatty and makes you feel super comfortable. have had manyy piercings here too and they’ve all turned out great. definitely recommend:)
