Go anywhere else. Almost every time when I need an appointment I face various issues - from telling me to call tomorrow to cancelling the appointment last minute. I am having a long term health condition so I’ve been seeing GP recently more often than ever and its just ridiculous how much I struggle every bloody time when I have to book an appointment. not to mention you have to wait weeks to “catch an appointment”, and then a month or longer for the actual appointment. And sometimes they will just cancel on the day or the day before and re arrange for another month of waiting. Or sometimes a nurse/doc will call only to hung up on you after a few seconds and not even bother to try again so you have to go over the process again. At the reception sometimes you will get through to someone who’s actually helpful and will book what you need, but more often you will just speak to someone useless who will tell you to call tomorrow. Honestly, go elsewhere.

Really good GP, went in with a week wait for an appointment, felt well listened to and heard. Only thing is there taking a little long to get back to me on email.

Probably the worst doctors surgery I’ve ever dealt with in terms of organisation and actually getting an appointment. Don’t waste your time registering here.

Receptionists are incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you need access to the NHS App ring Porterbrook instead and they'll sort you out! All the nurses I've seen have been lovely, most of the Dr's have been good too. It's just a shame that you have to deal with the receptionists as you can't book appointments online.
