Problems: cleaning was not done before I arrived in the room. Lots of dust everywhere. Chocolate stain on the kitchen worktop. In short, it's not clean at all! Impromptu awakenings: they wash the windows at 8:00 a.m. and fire alarm at 8:30 a.m.! Two different mornings. It's not too much to dream! (Original) Le lieux est super bien situé, il y a pleins de bus pour rentrer le soir. La chambre est pas mal niveau agencement: lit, salle de bain indépendant avec wc, bureau, placard... Problèmes: le ménage n'a pas été fait avant mon arrivé dans la chambre. Pleins de poussières partout. Tâche de chocolat sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Brefs ça ne fait pas propre du tout! Des réveils impromptu: ils lavent les vitres à 8h.... et alarme incendie à 8h30! Deux matins différents. Ça fait pas trop rêver!

Love this place, awesome value and location, friendly staff, nice spacey rooms, fridge, microwave, cutlery, sink,.. Dishwasher! Big desk. Hope they still have enough spare rooms to keep it going when the students are back. The cleaners are really bad though, they didn't even empty the bins from previous guest. Surfaces not clean, cutlery not cleaned properly. And the fire alarm goes off most most days, leave everytime or risk it being a real fire. For the price, still awesome. If the price goes above £80 though I'd lower the rating

Dreadful!! Fire alarm went off twice the first night and again early on the second morning. There was no explanation, apologies or even assurance that it was safe to return to the building. In fact the third time the member of staff on duty stayed in the office with the blinds down until my daughter found him to ask if it was a false alarm to be told nonchalantly "Yep, false alarm"! Really not good enough!!
