Heading south on the cycle track through here has an almost alpine feel on misty mornings. Nice short sharp hill heading west if you fancy working out the leg muscles - either on foot or bike - but be careful on the descent - it's a T junction with lots of loose gravel - especially in summer - so quite easy to come off if you're not carefully. FC have recently been tree harvesting, so paths very cut up and muddy at the moment.
