I started a course of therapy a few months ago for an issue I had with my hip. After our initial consultation, Stuart recommended 3-4 treatment sessions to resolve the issue. I went for the 5 treatment package to be on the safe side but probably only needed 3. After the first few sessions I'd gone from daily pain to barely noticing the issue. Stuart knew exactly how to treat the problem and provided a range of stretches for me to do to aid the treatment and then an exercise plan to keep the issue from returning. 10/10 would recommend.

On my first visit to Stuart he ran through the whole process explained everything in a professional manner and after examining me telling me what was going on step-by-step explains what we hopes to achieve at the end of the sessions. I was suffering back pains from a spinal injury. After a course of sessions and exercise suited to my needs and ability I feel much more get up and go and the pain which is barely noticeable now give me more incentive to do more, which in the long run is helping me with my recovery. So many thanks Steve and wish I’d looked in to osteopathy sooner.

Excellent Osteopath, had hip joint replacement last year and been struggling to recover from it ever since. I've used Stuart Yates many times in the past so thought I would see what he could do.
