  Extremely pleased with the advice and help I was given. I explained what was happening to my washing machine. He told me what I needed to do to check the drain pump and he was right! Saved me time and money because he helped me without needing a call out fee. He told me exactly what precautions I needed to take to avoid flooding my kitchen. No spare parts required. No cost. Great service to my mind.

  Excellent service which puts the customer first. Great guidance and advice provided in the shop and the fridge/freezer we purchased was delivered within 48 hours from point of order. Delivery guys were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use for all future electrical purchases.

  We took are microwave for a estimate to be repaired. Unfortunately was not worth repairing and the company we purchased it from was not helpful(Tesco Direct). We spent a while in Stuart Wallace deciding on what to do, after a lot of help we finally made a purchase got a little discount and a free extended warranty. I have to say how nice it is to go to a shop, speak to someone and get advice.Something that can’t be done on line! Thank you, for your help. I will definitely recommend you.

  I’m Gary from Dorrington. I never write reviews but I felt due to the service I received I ought to help with something as easy as a positive review. I have bought the following over the past few months : 2x Bloomberg larder fridges 1x Bloomberg freezer 1x Bloomberg dishwasher 1x Bloomberg oven Siemens induction jobs x 2 and tapenyaki hob really premium quality. Set of pans Siemens Griddle Smeg kettle Smeg toaster plus other All this and over £4K later I received the best service superb communication and actually cheaper than Curry’s and better quality. It’s amazing how rip off merchants like curry’s have the monopoly and dictate pricing and lack of availability always quick to sell you insurance as most likely you gonna need it. Stuart Wallace is a solid place and one I will be using going forward. No I’m not on a commission lol I’m just impressed with the hassle free experience! Thanks Regards Gary

  On my return from 7 weeks abroad in my motorhome, I found my Humax Freeview Recorder no longer worked. The following day, 2nd November, I rang Stuart Wallace to enquire about a repair and it was decided that the box was of an age whereby it needed replacing. I visited their showroom in afternoon and ordered a new box. The chap said he would see if their supplier had any in stock. He then remembered he had someone else wanting one and had forgotten about it! He informed me that he could get one delivered to shop on the following Tuesday and the price was £225. He assured me this was a good price. There was then an installation charge of £30, making a total of £255. He said it would be delivered and installed the following Thursday, 8th November, but if the workload allowed possibly the Wednesday. He said he would telephone me to inform me if it was am or pm slot. He then wanted me to pay the full amount before he ordered it, which I did. Heard nothing for the Wednesday and, when I had no phone call on the Thursday morning, I rang the shop and got the same man. He told me that he had never said it would be delivered and installed on that day as "he was on his own". He then admitted that the box had not been delivered to them on the Tuesday and he was expecting it that day! How incompetent. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. Apparently his boss is away at moment. Quite scarey to leave your business in charge of someone who cannot conduct a simple transaction in a competent manner. Still, he did me a favour. On looking on line, several outlets sold the same box for £199. I ordered it direct from Humax for that amount and it was delivered at 10.20am the following day. Now that is Service. It was installed at 4pm the same day with the help of a friend whom I bribed with 2 bottles of nice French 🍷. So, I saved myself £56 due to the incompetence of the man at Stuart Wallace. I really should thank him! Update:- Hello Stuart. My problem was not with price it was the fact I was let down and not even contacted to tell me anything different was going to happen. However, whilst I appreciate small Companies do not have the buying power of large Companies, Euronics are offering this Humax box for £199 on their website along with several other Companies. I am glad you are happy with the level of service your employee offered me. We all have different standards! I understand you are abroad on a humanitarian vacation and congratulate you on that.

  Fantastic service. No more expensive than large stores but a much better experience. From purchasing my new washing machine to having it delivered and installed. plumbing in the washer it was discovered instead of an easy switch from old to new washing machine the taps had to be renewed. This was dealt with and everything was also cleaned behind washer. I can't recommend them enough and to receive such personal service in today's world was fantastic. I hope everyone reading this review will support this business because they are affordable and actually care about their customers
