Customer service is terrible. I had a pump fail and cause a leak within the warrant period, after contacting customer services, who firstly tried to get out of their obligation by saying it was incorrectly installed (it wasn’t) finally conceded and ask for the unit to be sent back and a replacement sent out, that was 2020, and I still waiting despite chasing. AVOID

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing a twin impeller shower pump. 3 year warranty and surprise surprise pump goes bust after 3 years and 3 months. Could be bad luck I suppose but the customer service is shocking. Told quite bluntly via email that nothing can be done or even looked into for repair. To top it off tell me to rebuy another one on their website. As if I would want to buy another not so good pump. Plenty of other brands out there for me to take my custom elsewhere. Avoid this company as poor products and awful customer service

I bought a shower pump from Stuart Turner Monsoon in 2018 and it had been working fine until last September 2022. Frequently my shower pump did not switch OFF and would remain ON after the water taps were closed. I contacted Stuart Turner company and they confirmed my shower pump is still covered by their 5 year warranty. However after tests that they asked me to carry out they claimed that the problem is from my setup! I called them several times waiting long periods of time on the phone until someone responds. Finally they refused to fix or replace my faulty shower pump. Yesterday I paid £666 for a new shower pump to be installed and it works perfectly fine. This shows that the previous shower pump was faulty and Stuart Turner did not want to fulfill their warranty requirement to fix or replace my unit.

Very poor customer service. Had a pump fitted 6 months ago started making a funny noise a few months in then at around 6 months a terrible loud awful noise every time the taps or shower is on. Contacted ebay seller said contact them directly & they will send an engineer out so of course i did. They said to get the serial no. & phone back so of course i did only to speak to the most rude, unhelpful man who said he didnt want my serial no. because they cant replace it (not that i asked for a replacement) i said i was looking for an engineer he said that wasn't possible either at this point his attitude was upsetting me i passed it to my husband who asked for an engineer appt he still refused. He asked for his manager he refused but offered us his personal email address & if we send some pictures of the pump he will see what he can do. Absolute joke would not buy this brand again.

A few weeks before Christmas 21 I had a major problem with my shower pump so I contacted Stuart Turner the technical department and spoke to a gentleman called Ali he couldn't have been any more helpful spending a considerable amount of time on the phone with me in the end the problem was completely resolved. I also spoke to to have his colleagues they were equally as helpful is extremely gratifying to know there are still a few genuine helpful companies out there thanks for your kind help chris

So nice to know there are some quality made British pumps that have lived on through decades and remain as reliable as they were throughout that time. We have had a Monsoon U1 5 bar twin shower pump installed in our upstairs bathroom for over ten years. With the exception of just one call out and repair to a magnetic valve. Their technical support comes comes from an age when you could speak to an expert and not need to negotiate at least 10 options to speak to somebody. Keep it up Stuart Turner as we need quality products that keep going and going and consequently reduce waste overall.
