    Have bought a couple of casting kits in the past and generally pleased with them. Just received the stuart ninety castings and so disappointed. No proper drawings were sent, just A4 photocopies that didn’t include the general assembly drawing. I phoned them and was promised the missing drawing but received an email to say they couldn’t find them but emailed a copy of the GA for another engine hoping that was ok? I paid over £400 (including bits) but find this totally unacceptable. If Stuart can’t provide a full set of original drawings then the casting kit shouldn’t be sent. I don’t know if I’ve been lucky in the past but the castings in this kit are so much rougher, will not use again.

    Ordered what was described as a 'paint set' specifically for my Stuart Number 1 which I have recently completed. What I got were 2 x 14mls tins of paint - quite inadequate to do a proper paint job on an engine of this size. Having already spent approx £500.00 on the castings, I consider this absoluting profiteering, especially when I was charged £14.78 for such a small quantity.
