Asked them to help with a party wall agreement for our extension. Their communication is terrible in terms of saying what costs are. You will also end up being invoiced for alot more than anticipated, if there are any complications. If you were to work with them I would urge any customer to get a full scope of potential costs, as they will not provide you with this. I would urge them as a business to be alot more transparent with costs (Essentially a total costs section of every proposal). They were however helpful in explaining why they do what they have done and gave were happy to share their time to go through things and reflect. But essentially as discussed with the owner should be more transparent on potential costings

Highly responsive from the outset they developed a set of plans and calculations that sailed through building control with no issues, along with engaging with the neighbours to ensure party wall consent. They were also quick to respond to any changes made to the final designs. Once the work started they were on-hand to respond quickly to any questions the builders had. All in all a seamless experience. Would highly recommend!
