Stuart was recommended to me by a friend after experiencing issues with my newly purchased Disco 2. My normal regular garage I use are not to the same standard or experience as Stuart. The first time I took my vehicle to Stuart he swiftly manged to get back to me regarding the problem and the solution with a rough quote. once he had fixed the problem I originally went in for as an extra favour on my request he inspected the vehicle for me by giving it a once over, and identify any issues that be underline or any causes for concern. Once again he came back to me swiftly with information which was very useful to myself about the vehicle I had not long ago purchased. Furthermore on occasions I have had to leave my vehicle with Stuart for different lengths of time due to me working away and must say could not be more helpful and flexible for drop offs and collection. As a whole great family company who are real specialists and know there stuff with great attitude of doing jobs properly and not half hearted. Highly recommend

took my range rover to Stuart Gilbert for a small oil leak problem , initial cost was two hours labour , he informed me the repair would be around £1400 . I then contacted Guy Salmon Land Rover at Maidstone to discuss my problem, their reply was to change two gaskets at a cost of around £50 parts & two & a half hours labour , Stuart refused to just change the gaskets but wanted to change the whole oil cooler unit , but these only cost less than £500 complete , so where does the estimate of £1400 come from ???? he abruptly told me to get Guy Salmon to fix it , thanks so much Stuart ,will not be using you again.
