Never have this company dissatisfied me- the service is always top notch, customer service is supportive and friendly, the drivers are professionals and the fleet of cars is superb. As I am approaching my final months of being a student I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the drivers: Irfan Hamid with whom we have shared a plethora of chats and conversations during our journeys, Mohammad Tanweer and Asif Hussain for their professionalism and a special thank you to Rachel from Customer Service, for helping me arrange bookings during force-major events. We have used STS Cars a number of times for transfers to and from Manchester Airport. They have always provided an excellent service with their drivers arriving on or ahead of time and being very helpful and patient. On our most recent trip, our return flights had to be re-arranged at the last moment due to the Florida hurricane. On e-mailing STS with the new timing, they immediately responded with confirmation which gave us confidence that they would be waiting for us, which they were. Our most recent driver, Shuaib Khan was great.
