My family have used Strysen for new boilers and repairs. David Morris was very helpful and offered great advice on design to change an outdated 18 year old bathroom. David fully managed the whole project over two weeks. The quality of workmanship from him and his team has been first class. His team were a pleasure to have in my home and were all courteous, polite and hardworking. I was never left without any facilities and they cleaned up each day. I had a Viessmann boiler installed less than 5 years ago with Strysen and also had it serviced every year with Strysen... Recently my hot water was going hot and cold. Called Strysen who sent 2 engineers around - they were trying to charge me £129 to replace a part (as well as the office sending me a call out charge of £56 for not fixing the issue - I wasn't made aware of the callout cost of this beforehand either by the way)... I call Viessmann to send their own engineer for 2nd opinion, they fix it on the day by removing debris in system and cleaning parts... And the reason for the fault was due to "over heating in DHW mode due to circulation restriction inside the boiler" the boiler was not serviced properly and never has been according to engineer "whatever they've done, they haven't serviced it" and pointed to a red seal that's never been broken which is supposed to be proof of this, as well stating something else (As you can tell I know nothing about boilers like most average people). So I've been conned 4 years in a row for annual services not carried out properly. Very upset and will not be using again. Services: Installation, Heating system maintenance

Rang and an engineer called me, explained issue and gave advice to sort without charge. Edit problem then reoccurred. This time engineer came out spent almost 2 hours draining one radiator changed one valve and didn't solve problem. Another firm who others have mentioned Perry came out and firstly identified problem in 2 minutes and then replaced radiator both valves, added a new radiator and sorted all pipework.

We had strysen come out on two separate occasions. The first time to emergency fix our existing boiler as it was shooting out water outside! They were quick and temporarily fixed our problem. We then scheduled them to come back and replace our boiler for us - they did an amazing job, kept mess to a minimum and explained how everything worked. Would highly recommend them!
