We just wanted to record our huge thanks to Janet Edwards in particular for her professionalism, determination and persistence despite all the difficulties that were thrown at her over a period of almost 2 years. Without her 'true grit' and sound advice in making sure we achieved a satisfactory sale, we could still be left with managing a vacant property from long distance. Well done Janet.

I wanted to obtain further details on a small new development before it was marketed as I had been looking for some considerable time for something like this. I had to complete an online enquiry form as there was no email facility. As I had not received a response, after a couple of days I followed up with a phone call. My details were taken and I was promised that the information would be emailed to me when it became available in around 2 weeks before being marketed. The following week I saw that all the properties were available to view on all the usual websites. To this day I still have not received any details from the estate agent and, although the houses were not of the contemporary style I was looking for, I was aggrieved that if I had been interested in taking matters forward, I could well have missed out. I am not at all happy about the communication I received or rather didn’t receive.

Initially dealt with James for the viewing and to set the ball rolling in terms of contracts etc. Very smooth and quick transaction from start to finish, very professional and very accomodating when we couldn't collect house keys after completion due to son having covid. All in all very seamless transaction, would recommend.
