Updated review - compost toilet was ordered by my partner thus is in their name. Check your eBay messages S & T to see all the one sided correspondence from me. Horrible customer service. Completely non existent in fact. We got the little floozy a while back and it’s a shockingly bad design! The frame work just rests precariously on top of the plastic number twos bucket. It doesn’t attach or slot in or anything - total hazard! The whole thing came apart when trying to use and I sustained an injury. I contacted the seller multiple times to try to buy an amended version as this one is absolutely not fit for purpose. I was asking for an amended version at my expense I might add. Prior to this happening the separator actually unstuck completely from the frame after just 2 uses and my partner had to glue it back together. The modesty bung doesn’t fit properly so is also not fit for purpose. Hundreds of pounds literally thrown down the toilet for this piece of junk. There are MANY cheaper, better alternatives, we’ve since found.

We bought the parts to build our own composting toilet for our campervan from Strumpet and Trollop - after a few teething problems it’s all working well for us! I ordered an extra part recently, emailed Cat for a shipping ETA and she managed to get it sent out that day for me which was brilliant. Overall great products and excellent customer service!
