Now u have to phone in the morning for an appointment phone so busy !! Why can I not book an appointment for next week!! No only on the day you phone Iv been told !! What a mess!! I have to give notice for day off from work not on the day if I get through that is to even make an appointment!! So stressful doctors are great but seems they left hurdles even online to book an appointment! No chance !! Going round and round!!!! Ok finally got through and they were very good explaining how to get an appointment I think anyone who has this problem need to actually go their to know how to do it online. Only problem is the day u need to see a doctor u need to book it on the that day! So hopefully through the nhs app can arrange an appointment! Surgery / receptionist 5 star! Process to get an appointment I say 3 star they are a good people though, !and do help. Ok update , i must say having problems before booking an appointments i think now u can book an appointment for the following week, and it is a great surgery. The reception are great and will help you. off course they can be very busy . But overall i can honestly say , glad to be registered at this surgery. Doctors are also very good. They did have one Doctor , did not approve , i think he temporarily was just filling in, i felt he got his doctorate training at the back street off brick lane. š

It's nearly impossible to get an appointment. The GP will call you at odd hours or during business meetings where you are busy. You cannot call to make an appointment. You cannot email to make an appointment. You have to have a phone screen with someone before you can get an appointment. Customer service is horrible, and the hardware they use makes it almost impossible to hear what they are saying. They never deliver any lab results. You must call to check in. If you make a request via email, they do not respond to let you know that they fulfilled the request. If you have a life threatening illness and need reliable service, do not go here. Just, in general, do not go here.

Very easy to access appointments, triage call apt within the day and face to face arranged the next day. Iād like to thank Dr Monika Jha for her diligence and compassion. From her careful history and clinical examination she was able to provide confident reassurance on matter that was worrying me, followed up with a sensible and agreed safety net plan. In a time where options for investigation are abundant and so easy to order, this ability to provide reassurance from clinical examination and the flexibility of a shared risk management plan is one that requires experience and skill, and one that I really value- thank you.
