I had a deep tissue/sports massage with Kay. She really knows where to put her elbow on and checked with me if I feel okay and what needed to be done more. She also did cupping on me which was amazing! The 90 minutes just flew by without me noticing it. Will definitely go back for Kay!

Kay is an extremely positive person who seems to pass it on to others. Her love for her work shows. Also, being a very experienced masseur she caters for the individual needs of her clients. I ALWAYS come away feeling much more relaxed and less tense. This massively helps with my Fibromyalgia symptoms. I wish I hadn't waited so long!!! I intend trying the other types of therapy that are on offer at the Cardigan Centre as I feel that they will greatly help.
