    Before working with Funmi, I didn't really enjoy going to the gym. I didn't know what I was doing or how to use a lot of the equipment. I would sign up, go twice and then end up cancelling my membership. I wanted to work with a personal trainer who was approachable, could get results and keep me accountable. I had been following Funmi on Instagram for a little while and she came across as really relatable and knowledgeable. As a fellow mum, I knew she would understand the time constraints of life and be able to provide the right support. Funmi created me a workout plan which I now follow with ease. She gave advice on nutrition and what to eat and she answers a ton of my questions on our regular Skype calls. Since working with her, I am someone who knows: - works out regularly 3/4 a week and enjoys it! - is eating better and understands things like macros lol - is losing weight consistently as well as lots of other non-scale victories. I highly recommend her. 😀
