I've worked here for 20 plus years and what a wonderful place to be. Staff are kind and caring to all our residents . There's always lots of activities, entertainment and various art and crafts that most can join in. Set in beautiful grounds where residents call this home. I'm sure lisa the activities Coordinator has plenty planned for our residents this year. And I can't wait for theatre in the park with all our live bands.

No respect for staff members, unappreciated no matter how hard you try. Had no support through hard times. Was being accused of things after handing in my notice and then left with no pay for the work I had completed. Horrible company. The money this charity gets doesn’t benefit the residents in anyway. Lady Dane just waste money on fancy sofas that don’t last two minute.
