My daughter introduced me to the Strike Taekwondo club and it is easily the best thing I have ever done. Being around 50 I didn’t think I would be fit enough but the way Master Lisa and the other excellent instructors run the club means there is no pressure at all. I have worked my way up and am currently training for my black tag belt (the one before Black Belt) and am immensely proud of what I have achieved. Our daughter is now a Black Belt herself and it has helped her confidence no end. If you fancy it just come along and you will be given a warm welcome 👍

A wealth of extensive skill and experience taught in a professional yet family-friendly, enjoyable atmosphere to suit any ability (and age!) For me it is the perfect combination of learning a new skill, fitness, flexibility and mental agility. My husband, son and I have all developed massively, even competing in (and winning) competitions. All the coaches are very friendly and supportive. Most importantly we have fun. Highly recommended if you want to learn a new skill, get fit and make friends.

My boys attend this club I really like the family like environment of the club , my daughters have attended the club too it’s a five star place for us where my children have learnt so much more than taekwando. Great communication, friendly ,helpful , supportive & understanding staff . The club also provides good opportunities & support to participate in competitions. Having an early teenage daughter in this day and age is not without its fears. I wanted mine to be more confident to look after herself. I looked around and emailed a few clubs, the quickest response was same day from Master Lisa. After visiting the Dojo and chatting with my nervous daughter and Master Lisa, both our minds were put to ease. There is a wealth of skill and instructions here and they are all so helpful and tentative. It’s a real pleasure to be with and I couldn’t recommend anyone better! My daughter thoroughly enjoys her lessons, has become fitter, stronger and more self confident since starting, and seeing those first hand really does fill me with pride! Kind mention to Master Lisa, Master Ben and Master Charlotte and all the others that Daisy enjoys training with! Thank you.

My son (now aged 12) has been going to the club for the last three years. I would highly recommend the classes and all the Instructors are fantastic. There are lots of classes available throughout the week for all abilities. It has been great for improving my sons fitness and has massively improved his confidence. He has made some very good friends too.
