Bullies, rip off merchants with no ethical standards and heartless. Despite me returning within the required 30 days to tell them the wheel locking nuts they sold me don't actually get the wheels off my car, they refused to refund me. Instead they insisted on 'showing me' how the locking nuts are removed and sent me packing. Two independent garages flat out said the product they sold me isn't the correct one. I go back again and I'm told because it's now over 30 days they will 'think about it'. I go back today and despite me being calm and explaining that I will stay until I get a refund they threaten me with the Police. If you are a woman I would stay well clear of them. In my 56 years on the planet I have never been treated this way by a garage. Bullies. Service: Tires
