  One of the best camp sites I ever stayed. We stayed here with our family for the whole weekend. I could t get enough of the beautiful nature and we felt like we are in paradise. Bob the owner what and amazing beautiful soul and person. From the day we arrive he welcomed us with big smile and open arms. He was so helpful bringing us ice and logs for the fire well everything you need it you just think of Bob and he just appear from nowhere. I had the most perfect shower in this gorgeous campsite and everything is so clean The facilities are amazing don’t forget you are in the middle of the forest and cleaners was coming in the morning to clean the toilets the showers the area when you do washing up. People you need to go here to experience This amazing campsite And Bob loving his land and his guests, you will feel like home. I recommend this beauty to everyone as everyone needs little bit of nature and little bit of Bob :)) We booked this place again And am sure our family will be going to this place every year. Thank you so much Bob for making our stay Perfectly perfect. Memories we will treasure for rest of our lives.   This site is exactly as described by other reviews- lovely woodland pitches with plenty of space and excellent, clean facilities. Very friendly owners. Unfortunately, they do allow large groups so there was a great deal of noise, loud music and some anti-social behaviour for us to cope with. Not what we wanted when camping with small children but if you’re looking for a place to go with a big group and be sociable it would be perfect. Also lots of noise from road and aeroplanes. But a very well-maintained and well-organised site in a beautiful woodland setting.

De camping wordt gerund door een vriendelijk en behulpzaam stel. De snelweg is helaas goed hoorbaar en de camping is nogal duur.

  Had a great time this weekend at woodlands farm. The site is well run with helpful staff. Particularly liked the warm greeting and their enthusiastic approach to the freedom of out door living. The pitch sites are well spread out with good communal washing and toilet facilities. The site offers seclusion without feeling isolated. A big plus for us was the way the staff ensured that no loud or untoward behaviour was tolerated. Will definitely be returning.

  Absolutely the best campsite we’ve stayed at in the Uk. For the wilderness experience mixed in with relaxed environment full of activities, fishing (caught loads of branches), bike riding, camp fires, huts, table tennis this place is a must! Great secluded forest plots or fancy prepitched tents (which might finally persuade my other half to join us…) we had so much fun. Oh and watch out for Bob the owner, he’s a total gentleman / legend. The kids haven’t shut up about him and his dumper truck and quad and we’re home over 2 weeks now😂🤦‍♂️. Thanks again guys for a great weekend we’ll definitely be back and I promise you won’t need the tow rope next time.

  I would be glad to say just the nicest things about this camping but instead and quite unfortunately this is a warning. You really really don't want to deal with Janeen, one of the owners of this camping. I suggest you to ask yourself: how many businesses you've encounter in Britain where you are greeted by "You don't think I'm supposed to wait for you here do you?". Or her morning welcome to my friends who have seen her first time in their life was "Do you really think you can come here anytime you want?". Do you want few more? How about the "Oh, you have a dog?!?! [The number of question and exclamation marks can only hint her real life intonation haha] And you think that's ok not to tell us about it before? That's it, I'm this close to telling you to go!!". I guess you get the big picture already. There was more, including mentioning "Eastern Europeans" in a comment about us. All in all this was definitely one of the worst examples of customer relationships I have ever encountered, regardless of the business type. Maybe I was lucky and you have seen worse but do you really want to risk it? And it's one thing when someone with bad temper is affecting just you, imagine how much this encounter can spoil your weekend with friends or family.
