Strettons tried to manage the sale of the flat I was living in. This is how I found out - one Saturday morning I woke up to loud banging noises. Thought it was one of my neighbours - but when I opened the curtain, Strettons had come by and nailed in a gigantic sign right outside my window. My landlord has paused the sale but the sign is still up. No notification of when it will come down or that it was being put up in the first place. Bad experience with viewings too. They will not treat you like a person with a life. Five different people called me in one week asking to make appointments for viewings, taking photos of the property, and inspections. When I set a time for viewings, I called to confirm on the day and was told that the person was not in that day - no one would have let me know and I would have stopped my work to go home for no reason. Strettons should try to see the tenants still living in the flats they're selling as people, and bring some respect and decency to the way they do their business.
