Had an issue with the exterior bricks popping out from the above front door. Called and spoke to Tom about this. Tom provided excellent advice on what the root cause of the issue was and what was the best solution for this. Agreed with the start date and quotation given. Tom and Stevie came out on time and carried out what the job entailed. Work was carried out professionally and efficiently. Few issues did arise but they were dealt swiftly. The quality seems excellent and they have actually come back to me and asked if everything was OK after! Which I thought was excellent. Communication could be improved. I had to chase to see if they were going to turn up. And the job was delayed by nearly two weeks. Which is fine but just tell us!! That is really the only thing missing for a 5th star But then again. They had promised me the job would be finished before a particular deadline and in the end they pulled out all the stops to make sure it was so really grateful for that. And they took on a relatively small job that nobody else would even come back to me about so VERY grateful for that. Tom, the boss, is very pleasant and I would definitely use them again

Tom was amazing throughout the whole process. Sorted the quote out, maintained excellent communication. Sorted the work out to an amazing standard, far better than what I hoped for. Ensured we were of any alterations to the project and options avaliable. But most importantly hes a professional that ensures the work is to the highest standard and left the site extremely clean, probably cleaner than the state he arrived to it in.
