    Sunday 29/12023 at 9.43 am worse customer service experience I had . I rang on Stratford branch to know ladies only gym timing. But lady pick up my phone so rud and she answered me it’s timing when building open and close that’s time for ladies only gym . I ask sorry I don’t know when building open and close she told me so rudly . Then I ask ladies only gym had less time in my past membership then she disconnects my call . That’s so bad customer customer. Please take notice this call if you have recording Xx
