Do not use this shop .Had a Christmas present for my daughter delivered there by collect plus .It was signed for and I was given the time and delivery date ,went to pick it up .They can't find it and said it was sent back with the returns .The guy checked it had been delivered on CCTV but refused to check on CCTV what had happened to it .The tracking number is not showing it as returned and whehn I rang the shop to discuss this was told I was annoying him now and he put the phone down
