Having used our local flooring store before we wanted to use them for our new kitchen flooring. Having received their quote I checked with other suppliers and found them the most reasonable. This suited our budget so we went ahead and booked it in. When the fitter came to prep the floor the following day we received a phone call from the owner telling us the measurements were taken incorrectly and so we needed to pay him more money so he could order the shortfall. I was pretty upset by this as this meant the quotation I’d used in budget planning was incorrect. We had little choice but to acquiesce though as the floor was mostly boarded out in readiness. On installation the fitter missed a section but didn’t explain to my husband why. This section got missed as it was too uneven, a fact we could’ve remedied in a timely fashion if it had been communicated to us. He said he’d return once the cabinets were in to complete, this wasn’t what we’d paid for so was not acceptable. When I contacted the owner he kept speaking over me and not allowing me to explain the problem, he insisted on me giving him my husband’s number as he didn’t want to deal with me. He was defensive and rude, telling me not to treat him as though he was my husband. I was offended and upset. He did not accept that there was any fault and claimed the fitter had a reason to do as he did. Overall we’ve paid a great deal of money for a floor I’m not completely happy with. The owner does not handle things well when they go wrong.

Excellent well stocked showroom, very helpful attentive advice with no pressure. We got a good quote compared to other shops. The carpet fitter Craig was brilliant assessed job prior to doing came and did a lovely job of fitting a tricky stripped carpet on landing and stairs in old house. We are very pleased and would. definitely recommend .

Really happy with our new lounge carpet. The sales guy was very easy to deal with, understood our requirements and recommended perfect product. Pricing was very clear and fitting very quick. And the baby started crawling four days after the new carpet was fitted so it did it's job!! We'll use them again for the rest of the house. 2 years later and we had the rest of the upstairs done. Ben gave us a great price for fitting carpet to two bedrooms, hall, landing, stairs using two matching roll ends. Also got kitchen lino done for grand price of £800. Fitting was really quick and the fitter was very quick and friendly. Really pleased again with the job. Cheers Ben.
