In the past year a lot has changed for me, I went from needing a cocktail of pain killers to get out of bed due to a back injury to competing at the British weightlifting championships two weeks ago. One constant throughout all this time has been the treatment and support I have received from Rob at Stretch, from the treatment of my injury, to my rehabilitation, to now keeping my body in good condition for my everyday training, he was even the one that encouraged me to start working with my coach. Regular treatment is a huge part of my routine and just as important as getting in the gym for me, any physical issue I face he helps me to overcome. I wouldn't be at the stage I'm at without Stretch and I wouldn't ever contemplate going anywhere else.
