    Unprofessional, don't get nothing done. The reception team is all rude. Have no appointments. People are dying because they are giving appointments out 3 or 4 weeks after calling. Need to pattern up

    Nasty staff, unhelpful! Given the run around and then they decide to spread nasty comments. They do not abide by data protection laws. Gossiping reception staff who only allow the phone to ring once before pretending they have been calling continuously. Extremely curt remarks and replies. Doesn’t even deserve 1 stars.

    It's the worst GP ever come across.The receptionists are rude , horrible, inconsiderat and unhelpful.As if they own the GP They should know that public owns it and they get paid by the public. They should have at least courtesy, decency and work ethic. NHS should inspect every single GP reception in the country..They shouldnt get away From unacceptable behaviours
