Outstanding after sales. My son bought a weightlifting belt but it was too small. I contacted them and they explained how to complete their returns form, post it back and they happy sent out a larger size. They are very responsive to emails and extremely friendly. Will definitely use again.

I ordered an Olympic Swiss bar from strength shop.ie. It arrived with welds so bad that plates literally will not fit over the end caps, which are very irregular and raised up due to the welding. The bar is uselsss, a complete failure of QC. Strength Shop only offered a 10% refund, or return for replacement. This is very poor customer service considering the time and money wasted importing the bar from Uk to Ireland.
