Very Poor Customer Service: I purchased a Streetwize Tracker; which I thought was good value hence the two stars. However' if I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I have a problem getting the tracker to work with the app. I sent an email and I did get a response asking for more info which I provided. Since then despite 3 or 4 chase up emails and two weeks on they have completely ignored me.

Purchased a portable power washer unit very good only problem is getting spare plastic cap washer which goes on the hand pump. These washers only last for a short time. I have sent email to street wise but as yet have had no response.

Bought a skyliner 420air awning. First time up fell apart in a bit of wind. Contacted this company only to be told it's wind damage can't do anything. Very supportive company.. It's nothing to do that's it's a cheaply made piece of rubbish. Don't buy and skyliner awning from anywhere as these are the people you have to deal with if anything goes wrong. I'm now going to spend money on fixing it with proper fixings and anything else that needs replacing as this lot aren't interested. Thanks for nothing Streetwize. P.s. it wasn't just the fixing straps that failed , the zip on the door broke, wind damage???? And 1 off the air beams kept deflating , wind damage ??? I told the lady on the phone all this and she went back to her manager to be told it's WIND DAMAGE 🤦👎👎

I used the headlight refurb kit on my bmw ironically the same one as in the box. I followed the instructions to the letter and it has completely ruined the head light. Don’t waste your money on this kit it’s going to now cost me around £500 for a new light. Get the Meguiar’s kit instead. Stay away from this product!

Bought an inverter from racimuk3025 of Ebay. It stopped working but was out of warranty, so I just messaged them to ask their advice as it seemed a shame to throw it away. They were less than helpful, blaming me! I then contacted Streetwize direct and they said to send it to them, even though it was out of warranty they sorted it, very pleased with the service

Very Poor Customer Service Purchased a Waterhog around a year ago but unfortunately left the handle behind on a recent holiday. Contacted Streetwize by email asking if/where I could get a replacement but got no response. Contacted them again and this time got a response from Stacy at Streetwize, stating that the QC department dealt with issues such as this, so had forwarded my email, asking that they contact me asap to advise. No response to date. As I have another holiday booked, I'm going to purchase a brand new Aquaroll to replace the now useless Waterhog. To be honest, I'd have been happy if they'd simply responded to say that they don't do spare handles at least then I'd have known. Had they told me they didn't do spares, I'd most likely have purchased another complete Waterhog. Not responding at all, is in my opinion, simply rude and gives an indication of how poor their customer service really is. It would worry me, if I were unfortunate enough to have made other purchases from them, that they would later become faulty and I would then struggle to get any form of support. I certainly won't be purchasing anything from Streetwize, Leisurewize or Gardenwize again.
