Amazing club to train at highly knowledgeable and welcoming - open to all ages and abilities - I trained for 6 years and my fitness and confidence drastically improved as did my health ! After a road traffic accident left me with back injuries and mobility issues - I have started training again and it’s helping improving my mental health , fitness, strength and confidence again - tried many things that hasn’t helped and I can’t imagine what else would have helped me more - blood pressure , diabetes all improved since being back thank you streetwiseslef defence Richard farmer 🙏
