I booked an engineer visit to swap a fuel filter for today. No one came...I phoned and was told that the engineer was on another job but would be with us at some time after 4 o’clock. At 5.20 I went to the (now closed) site office. They were closing but gave me a phone number for the chap who we were told was coming to do the work. I phoned him and HE KNEW NOTHING about it.... This was urgent work for a Boat Safety Certificate test This is disgraceful.... If the job could not have been done today, I should have been told...not lied to Needless to say you no longer have my custom
